明备用电源自动投入实验台主回路设计与制作

摘    要:针对电力、电气专业的自动化课程,开发了明备用电源自动投入装置实验平台,以提高学生运用知识和动手操作能力。文中详细介绍了实验平台主回路面板、双色LED灯、直流电源的选择及其设计过程。同时为了协助学生实际动手操作,还专门介绍了串联电阻的焊接,亚克力板的钻孔以及LED灯的安装和固定。

Abstract:In order to improve the students" knowledge and hands-on ability, this paper developed the BZT device experimental platform which aimed at the course of power and electrical automation profession. The paper describes the selection of the main circuit panel experiment platform, double color LED lamp, DC power supply and the process of design in detail. At the same time, in order to assist students in practical operation, the paper also specially presents the resistance welding, acrylic plate drilling and installation and fixation of LED lamp.
