| 摘 要： | 新批评学者燕卜逊提出“ambiguity”概念以解释文本语言具有多重性，不确定性，模糊性，解构主义大师德里达接受了这种观点，但前者着眼于文本语言自身，而后者借文本论以表现其哲学理念拆解逻格斯中心主义，两者有很大的区别。本文以比较对照的方法从理论基点、适用范围、最终目的对两者进行辨析。

| Abstract: | New critic William Empson proposes a “ambiguity” to explain the text of the multiplicity of languages, uncertainty, Derrida＇s deconstruction master accept this view. However,the former focusing on language version of its own, while the latter take on the text to show their philosophical viewpoint dismantling logoscentrism. There is a great distinction. The paper discrimi- nates them based on the comparison of lhree aspects：basis points from the theory ,the scope of application and the ultimate aims. |
