| 摘 要： | 为了女性能够获得参政的权利 ,中日两国的宪法中都提倡“宪法下男女平等” ,而且经过了一定的发展阶段 ,都有了相当大的改善。但由于传统习惯和观念及其他方面的原因 ,在女性参政方面 ,中日两国仍然存在着许多亟需解决的问题。中日两国虽然在政治体制和经济形式上有着非常大的区别 ,社会的历史文化背景还是有相同之处 ,在此基础上建立起来的近代社会、现代社会也有一些相似的地方

| Abstract: | In order to enable women to obtain the right of participating in politics,both of the Chinese and Japanese constitutions state "men and women are equal under the law". Furthermore, the situation has improved after seveval stages of development, nevertheless,owing to the traditional customs, ideas and other reasons,there are many urgent problems in the female participation in politics to be resolved. Although there exist huge difference between Chinese and Japanese political and economic systems,Japan and China have a lot in common in social history and culture. Consequently,Japanese and Chinese modern and contemporary societies also have some similarities. |
