| 摘 要： | 社会环境的变化、学校内部环境以及农村中学教师自身因素是农村中学教师心理问题存在的主要原因，人才培养模式和教师评价体系的转变以及教师自我调适是应对农村中学教师心理问题的主要策略。只有社会各方面共同努力，才能彻底解决农村中学教师的心理问题。
