| 摘 要： | 当前,随着计算机与因特网等信息技术以各种方式进入人们的生活,中国人的个人信息正不断向网络领域延伸。与此同时,侵害网络空间个人信息的行为也屡屡发生,网络空间个人信息被滥用已成为全社会共同关注的问题。究其因,主要是我国法律不健全和行业缺乏自律。在完善我国网络空间个人信息保护过程中,西方国家采用的立法规制模式和行业自律模式可供借鉴。
