摘    要:隐性德育是德育工作的重要组成部分,从其对被教育对象的方式方法和教育效果上看,它和显性德育具有显著的不同。隐性德育以其独特的作用机理和丰富的形态特征,与显性德育相互作用、相互影响、相得益彰,有效地增强了德育的针对性和实效性。

Abstract:Hidden moral education is an important component of college moral education. There are many differences between hidden moral education and explicit moral education from the perspective of ways and methods as well as education effects on educational objects. Because of its unique function mechanism and abundant morphological characteristics, hidden moral education has effectively enhanced pertinence and timeliness of moral education by interacting and associating with explicit moral education.
