| 摘 要： | 班主任每接手一个新的班级,首先需要和班干部成员沟通,通过班干部了解班级的实际情况,掌握学生的思想动态,了解学生的学习风气、行为习惯等。尽可能以最快的速度了解班级中的每一位成员,以便尽快地投入班级管理当中,有效地加强班级管理。优良的班级风气能够保证学生的学习风气有序进行,能够调动每一位学生的学习积极性,能够调动每一位学生积极地参与到班级管理中。
