摘    要:高校后勤人员结构复杂、整体素质偏低、队伍不稳定、工作主动性不高.高校后勤管理存在管理理念落后、缺乏高素质管理人才,培训机制不完善、员工绩效考核与激励机制不健全、忽视人文关怀等诸多问题,对此必须从管理理念、管理水平、人员培训、绩效考核、工作环境等方面采取相应的对策.

Abstract:The personnel structure of university logistics is complex, the overall quality is low, the team is not stable, and the work initiatives are not high. In the process of socialization reform, the human resources management of university logistics has some problems. For instance, the management concept is backward, the training mecha- nism is not perfect, performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism are not sound, the humanized manage- ment and humanistic care are overlooked, and lack a high quality team of human resource management. Correspond- ing countermeasures should be taken to solve these problems.
