| 摘 要： | 现代生活方式的改变给儿童的健康带来了极大的影响,本文通过现代生活方式对儿童健康影响进行分析以及体育与健康教育对儿童健康的影响,得出结论体育与健康教育对儿童的身心发展具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | The change of modern life style brought the enormous influence on children's health, this article has carried on the analysis on the sports and the health education through the modem life style to the children's health influence, we can get the conclusion that sports and the health education have the positive sense to children's body and mind development. |
