电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析玫瑰花茶中的稀土元素

摘    要:通过研究仪器条件、同位素选择和干扰校正等因素的影响,建立了一种压力密闭消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定保健品饮料玫瑰花茶中Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb和Lu等15种稀土元素的方法.该方法被用于分析国家标准物质(GBW 07603)中的稀土元素,结果与标准值一致.该方法被用于分析玫瑰花茶实际样品中的稀土元素,得到令人满意的结果.

Abstract:After study the effects of instrumental conditions,selection of isotopes and interferences correc- tion,a method has been established to determine Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er, Tm,Yb and Lu 15 kinds of rare earth elements in rose flower tea by pressurized digestion inductively cou- pled plasma mass spectrometry.Rare earth elements in SRM GBW 07603 sample were determined by the developed method,the determined value was in good agreement with the certified value.This method was appllied to real sample analysis with satisfactory results..
