| 摘 要： | 以某公司玻璃配料控制系统为例,介绍了玻璃配料系统的系统结构、综合上位机和PLC通信的几种方式的特点,阐述了如何使用西门子公司提供的OPC接口和VB.NET实现上位机与西门子S7-200PLC之间的数据交互,通过实际应用,比较分析了OPC技术在监控系统的优势。

| Abstract: | Taking the Glass Batching Control System in Shengchang Company as an example, this paper introduces the system structure of the Glass Batching Control System, and integrates the characters of the ways of the host computer and PLC communication, expatiates the way to realize the data exchange between the host computer and PLC using OPC interface and VB.NET client communication program. The advantages of OPC technology are compared and analyzed in practical application. |
