层次分析法在软件项目绩效评估中的应用

摘    要:介绍了项目绩效评价的基本概念,并说明了在项目中进行绩效评价的必要性和重要性;介绍了项目绩效评价应该遵守的一般原则:通过对影响软件项目绩效评估主要因素分析,对于构建包含软件项目特征和项目特征的项目绩效评估指标体系提供了指导原则;建立基于AHP的软件项目绩效评价体系的方法和过程,旨在为软件项目绩效评价提供参考依据,减少项目绩效评价中可能出现的问题,分析了对于使用绩效评价系统要注意的问题。

Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in Project Performance Evalnation
Abstract:This paper introduces the basic concepts of performance evaluation firstly,it also described the necessity and importance of performance evaluation.Then the article introduced the general principles in the project performance evaluation,through analyzing the key factors that affect software project performance through the assessment of key factors,it provide the guiding principles with the estab-lishment of features include software project and characteristics of project performance evaluation system and a AHP-based performance evaluation system can be established based on the above method.The software performance evaluation is designed to provide a reference for project performance evaluation.
