| 摘 要： | 设计和实现了一个企业短信群发系统,它采用Struts+Spring+Hibernate进行整合开发,降低系统的耦合,具有可维护性和可扩展性。该系统采用通信服务提供商提供的短信接口,实现与指定号码进行短信批量发送和自定义发送,使用高效方便,在优化企业内部管理流程和客户服务方面具有很高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a Java Web based Enterprise Short Message System,which uses Struts + Spring + Hibernate Framework,featured with loose coupling,maintainability and scalability.The system uses SMS communications service provider s interface to provide short Message Service,is easy and effective to use,and can be applied to improve the working efficiency and customer service. |
