中小学班主任信息素养探究

摘    要:教育部颁布的《教育信息化2.0行动计划》对教师的信息素养做出了全面的要求,通过文献研究、调查研究、访谈研究,探讨了教育信息化2.0背景下对中小学班主任信息素养构成和基本能力的要求。本文着重从班主任信息意识、信息能力、信息道德三个层面,对班主任新时代信息素养进行论述,尤其是针对教育信息化2.0背景下对班主任的信息素养提出了新的要求,对现有的信息化应用与班主任信息素养面临的新问题进行具体分析和研究。

A Probe into the Information Literacy of the Head Teachers in Elementary and Secondary Schools

Abstract:The“Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan”issued by Education Department has made comprehensive requirements to teachers’information literacy.This paper has discussed the contents of the information literacy and basic competency requirements to the head teachers in elementary and secondary schools under the background of educational informatization 2.0 through literature study,investigation and interview research.This paper expounds head teachers’information literacy of new era from three levels,namely,head teachers’information awareness,information ability and information morality.The background of educational informatization 2.0 has put forward new requirements to head teachers’information literacy.So,this paper will make a concrete analysis and discussion to the new problems facing by the present informatization application and head teachers’information literacy.
