海南省民族地区中职生心理健康状况调查与对策研究

摘    要:为了解并分析海南省民族地区中职生的心理健康状况,探索提高民族地区中职学生心理健康水平的途径和方法,本项目选用症状自评量表(简称“SCL-90”),对海南省民族地区中等职业学校的489名学生,采取随机抽样的方式进行测评。将测评结果与全国中学生综合样本、海南省卫生学校研究样本进行比较研究,发现显著差异,由此得出结论:海南省民族地区中职生的心理健康水平不容乐观。因此,应该积极探索拓展心理健康教育的途径与方法,例如,开展团体辅导活动、校园心理情景剧大赛,精研心理健康辅导课,举办“心理健康活动周”等,以期切实有效提高民族地区中职生的心理健康水平。

Investigation and Countermeasures of Mental Health Status of Secondary Vocational Students in Hainan Ethnic Minority Areas

Abstract:To understand and analyze the mental health status of secondary vocational students in Hainan ethnic minority areas,and to explore ways and methods to improve the students'mental health,a self?assessment scale for symptoms(SCL?90 for short)was used to randomly evaluate 489 students in secondary vocational schools in Hainan ethnic minority areas.There is a significant difference in the comparison study with the national middle school student sample;and a significant difference in the comparison study with the Hainan Provincial Health School study sample is also found.The analysis shows the mental health level of secondary vocational students in Hainan ethnic minority areas is not optimistic.To improve the mental health education,more ways and methods shoule be applied,including group counselling activities,campus psychological sitcoms,intensive psychology lessons,and"mental health week".
