| 摘 要： | 中职学校管理面临着理念层面重管理结果、轻服务意识,内容层面重技能训练、轻综合素养,主体层面重学校管理、轻家庭社会教育等问题。结合中职学校管理价值导向的分析,建议从倡导服务意识,促进学生全面多元发展;完善制度建设,夯实人才培养质量之基;增进家校联系,建立实时常态沟通机制;加强校企合作,完善“双主体”合作育人模式这四个方面入手,不断提高中职学校的管理水平和管理成效。

| Abstract: | The management of secondary vocational schools is facing problems such as focusing on management results rather than service consciousness at the idea level,emphasizing skills training rather than comprehensive competence at the content level,highlighting school management rather than home and society education at the subject level.Combining with the analysis of the management value orientation of secondary vocational schools,this paper proposes four strategies:1.advocate service consciousness to promote the comprehensive and diversified development of students;2.improve system construction to consolidate the foundation of talent training quality;3.enhance home?school interaction to establish a real?time communication mechanism;4.improve the"dual?subject"cooperative education model,so as to improve the management quality and effectiveness of secondary vocational schools. |
