| 摘 要： | 田径运动被称作是运动之母，是任何运动的基础，并且各高校每年也都举办田径运动会，然而很多高校都已不开设田径课程，并有进一步被弱化的趋势。通过对选修田径课的普通高校学生与全国学生的心、肺质量平均值的实证研究表明，公共体育田径课有其特定的价值。
