| 摘 要： | 毽球运动是一项古老而又与现代体育相结合的民族传统体育运动，受到广大人民群众的青睐，它在一定程度上促进了全民健身运动的开展。高校体育与全民健身教育密切相关，促进了全民健身教育的发展，对全民健身教育提供科学健身的支持。所以，在山西高校体育院系中研究毽球课开设的可行性就显得尤为重要。
