| 摘 要： | 在高等教育进一步深化改革和近年来取得大发展的形势下,成人高等师范院校由于办学体制等方面原因,存在严峻的生存危机.而要取得长远发展,就要充分认识科学研究的重要意义,树立科研强校意识,充分发挥科研的基础作用、先导作用,在学科建设、人才队伍建设、重大科研项目和科学管理等方面进行突破,增强学院科研实力和研究水平,为实现转型发展奠定坚实基础.

| Abstract: | Adult normal colleges are falling into rigorous crisis in recent years because of its system and so on. If we fully recognize the significance of scientific research, foster its consciousness, bring into play its foundation, guide and impact roles, and increase its capacities and its level, the adult normal colleges will lay a substantial foundation to acquire transition and long-term development. |
