| 摘 要： | 简述Web2.0与图书馆2.0的发展历史与现状,总结国内外图书馆数字参考咨询服务理论与实践的研究情况。认为基于Web2.0的数字参考咨询服务创新可包括三个层面,并对第二层面,即怎样创新的问题从创新原则、创新方法、创新方式和创新内容等方面进行探讨。
