| 摘 要： | 本文重新定义知识，并从知识组织与知识自组织比较的角度，给出了二者的定义，指出知识管理从知识组织向知识自组织发展的趋势。然后，进一步阐述了知识组织与知识组织的目标和研究领域。最后，文章分析了企业知识的内涵，指出企业知识组织与知识自组织的策略。
