| 摘 要： | 近年来国际贸易发展与环境保护之间产生了大量的冲突,其深层次的原因是没有将产品的环境成本内在化,产品或服务的价格没有包含或没有完全包含其环境成本,导致了环境退化和大量"绿色贸易壁垒"的产生.本文通过对环境成本内在化进行理论上的分析,提出成本内在化的一些政策途径,并分析其对国际贸易的影响.

| Abstract: | In recent years,environmental protection conflicts gradually appear with the international trade development.These conflicts result from not considering the environmental cost in the production cost and exculding environmental cost from the product cost or service cost,which leads to the coming of Green Trade Barrier.In this article,the author analyses theoretically the environmental cost internalization,recommends some policy approaches to solve the problem,and furhther analyses its effect upon international trade. |
