| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区农村劳动力在就业过程中面临着就业对象多、就业观念旧、就业信息少、就业质量差、就业保障弱等现实问题。应通过严格控制农村人口增长，减轻就业压源；大力发展农业农村经济，增加就业渠道；切实加强农民职业教育，转变就业观念；强化农民职业技能培训，提升就业能力；统筹城乡就业服务平台，改善就业环境；完善农民就业法规制度，促进就业保障等对策加以解决。
