多元智能理论与高职教育观探析

摘    要:基于高职教育改革的现状和多元智能理论,阐述了如何树立“为能力而教”的课程观、“以学生为本位”的学生观和立体化与多元化为一体的评价观,并分析了多元智能理论对高职院校教师角色转变的要求,这对高职院校教育改革具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the present situation of higher vocational education and multiple intelligences theory,expounding how to establish the curriculum view of teaching for ability,the outlook on students of priority given to student and evaluation view integrated,and the evaluation view of dimensional and diversification integrated,and analysis of the requirements for the adjustment of high vocational college teacher's roles,this has great significance for teaching in higher vocational college.
