| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展，民营经济已成为我国国民经济中的一支重要力量。但由于种种原因，民营企业融资难是一个普遍存在的问题，因而极大地制约了民营经济的发展。文章就民营经济的融资困境进行分析，并提出了具有操作性的应对措施。

This paper makes an analysis on the financing predicament of private enterprises first, then presents some relevant practical countermeasures. |
