| 摘 要： | 随着教师专业化、校长专业化的不断推进,教育行政干部专业化日益引起社会的广泛关注。教育行政干部的专业化主要指教育行政干部通过长期的专业训练,获得教育行政的专业知识和技能,实现专业自主,逐渐成为管理教育事业的专业人员的过程。目前,教育行政干部尚未达到专业化,主要体现在专业知能、专业道德、专业训练和专业发展等四个方面,因此需要通过加强专业化的培训和建立、完善相应的培训制度来促进教育行政干部专业化。
