| 摘 要： | 本文基于自信对大学生人格塑造的重要性,提出要利用相关教育载体,有针对性地进行自我体验、自我认知、自我评价及自我接纳,促使自信心水平的提升或积极改变的教育行为,即自信教育。全文着重论述了当前大学生自信教育所存在的形式泛化、内容形式化及过程单一化的问题及成因,为各高校开展大学生自信教育提供了一定借鉴。
