| 摘 要： | 辅导员是学生思想教育基层工作者，是教师队伍的重要组成部分．是学校学生思想政治工作的骨干力量。他们肩负着教育、管理、服务学生等多项任务，因此，学校辅导员如何做好学生的思想政治教育工作一直是高职高专学校探讨的重要课题．本文从辅导员必须善于倾听学生的心声，做他们的知心朋友、努力取得家庭的支持与配合、组织丰富多彩的课外生活几方面．围绕如何做好高职高专学校的辅导员工作进行了阐述探讨。
