| 摘 要： | 在数字图书馆越来越发达,借阅一体化日益盛行的今天,基于借阅一体化平台上的读者日常咨询工作也越来越受到重视并被赋予了更多全新的内容。如何在数字图书馆条件下充分发挥传统的读者日常咨询服务,本文对此做了积极的探索,将其归纳总结为文献咨询、检索咨询、管理事务性咨询。并对其工作类型,工作方法,工作艺术做了相应的研究与探讨。
