| 摘 要： | 创业素质由创业意识、创业能力、创业品质、创业知识构成．是创业者在知识经济时代所必备的核心竞争力。我国正处于经济社会大变革时代，加强创业素质教育、培育创业型人才具有十分重要的意义。近年来，我国高校创业素质教育取得了一定成效，但也存在一些亟待解决的困境，如创业认知误区、创业资源匮乏、创业制度与政策不健全、创业氛围淡薄、创业知识体系不合理、创业实践平台稀缺。在新形势下．有必要立足我国国情．学习和借鉴美国、欧盟、日本等国家的创业素质教育的先进经验，推动我国高校创业素质教育改革。

| Abstract: | In an age of knowledge economy,entrepreneurship consists of entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial character,and entrepreneurial knowledge. Being in the course of great economic and social reform,it is important for China to strengthen its entrepreneurship education and train more entrepreneurial talents. In recent years,some Chinese colleges have gained a lot in entrepreneurial education,but there exist some urgent problems,such as wrong concepts about entrepreneurship,lack of entrepreneurial resources,imperfect entrepreneurial system and policies,inadequate entrepreneurial atmosphere, unreasonable entrepreneurial knowledge structure,the scarcity of entrepreneurial practice platforms and so on. In the new situation ,it is necessary for us to learn the advanced experience of entrepreneurial education from the developed countries,so as to push forward the entrepreneurial education reform in China. |
