| 摘 要： | 创业是经济转型升级的核心要素,创业型企业生产、建设、服务与管理一线,需要大批创业型高端技能人才支撑。高职教育要适应创业经济发展需要,按照创业型高端技能人才的岗位类型和层次,从培养观念更新、培养制度改革、培养模式和评价体系创新几个方面,创新创业公司制全程工学结合培养体制。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship is the core factor for the transformation and upgrade of economy,and entrepreneurial firms need a large number of high-skilled innovative talents in the production,construction,service and management.High vocational education should adjust to the development of the enterprising economy,and at the same time,it should innovate the cultivating system of the full combination of working and learning based on the types of the working post and the levels of the high-skilled innovative talents.The innovation includes the following aspects-innovation of the cultivating concept,reform of cultivating systems,cultivating mode and evaluation system. |
