摘    要:采用HNO3-HClO4-H2O2消解四川点地梅样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定四川点地梅叶、茎、花中Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Pb、Mn元素含量,并比较不同部位金属元素的含量差异。七种金属元素标准曲线相关系数在0.9954-0.9997之间,平均回收率在98.0%-106.0%之间,RSD(11=6)在0.9%~3.1%。该方法具有较好的精密度和准确性。样品测定结果表明点地梅中含有较丰富的Fe、Ca、Mn、Zn,且不同部位各金属元素含量有较大差异,该实验对点地梅的药理作用的研究具有参考意义。

Abstract:The content of metal elements,Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg,Pb and Mn,in Umellate Rockjasmine that di- gested by the mixture acid (HNO_3-HClO_4) has been determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). At the same time,the different metal dements in different parts of Umellate Rockjasmine have been compared.The re- sult indicates that the Umellate Rockjasmine is abundant in metal elements which are needed by human body.The standard curve relative coefficient of the seven kinds of metal elements ranges from 0.9954 to 0.9997.The recovery rate is from 98.00% to 106.0%.The method is sensitive and accurate.The result indicates that this plant is abundant in Fe,Mn and Zn,and the content of metal elements is different in the different parts of the Umellate Rockjasmine.
