| Abstract: | From the work of "A Half-way Headteacher",I find out an effective working method.That is to be with them truly,to be kind to them;to treat them with heart,to be friends with them;to have an open mind to them,to respect the former;to be an example to them,to be strict with myself.I have much greater results in the educational work. |
