| 摘 要： | 情报是危机管理顺利进行的重要保障,有效情报活动可以提高危机管理效率和水平.从分析危机管理和危机情报内涵入手,提出情报在危机管理中具有危机发生前预警作用、危机发生时决策支持与沟通作用、危机结束后评估和学习作用,探讨危机生命周期概念和危机生命周期双层结构,论述情报在危机生命周期中不同危机管理阶段活动特征.
