| 摘 要： | 从历史的维度来看,澳大利亚高等教育国际化发展经历了从"对外援助"到"对外贸易"再到"国际化"的轨迹,并逐步形成了颇具特色的高等教育国际化发展战略。从横向上看,政治和经济因素、文化和教育因素以及高等教育发展战略等方面构成了其高等教育国际化发展的动因。
