| 摘 要： | 我国互联网已经过30多年的发展，但仍存在地区间发展差异较大等问题。根据我国2011—2015年的相关数
据，建立互联网发展的评价指标体系，对我国31个省市自治区的互联网发展现状进行评价并进行聚类分析，发现我国
各个地区的互联网发展不均衡，存在明显的互联网地区差异。在此基础上，进一步分析各个地区电子商务交易额与互
联网基础资源、互联网普及程度等互联网发展各项指标间的关系。研究发现我国互联网资源对互联网普及度有显著影
响，同时互联网资源、互联网普及程度对电子商务发展也有一定影响。

| Abstract: | China''s Internet has been over 30 years of development, but there are still many problems. According
to China''s 2011-2015 correlation data, the evaluation index system of internet gap is established in this paper.
A clustering is on the current situation of the development of Internet of China''s 31 provinces and regions, the
digital divide phenomenon focus on Internet development indicators measuring is obvious in our country, and
further analysis of the various regions of e-commerce transactions. Internet based resources and the popularity
of the Internet in the relationship between the degree of Internet development indexes, the study found China''s
e-commerce transactions on the Internet resources and the popularity of the Internet there is a certain degree of
dependence. |
