| 摘 要： | 心理咨询是现代社会中一个重要的职业领域,其职业行为的规范性及其发展水平关系到人们的身心健康和切身利益。我国心理咨询业起步较晚,在职业化发展过程中突出表现在总体水平较低、行业缺少规范,咨询人员良莠不齐、甚至滥竽充数,使人们对心理咨询产生了诸多误解。通过对上述问题进行分析和讨论并提出相应建议,期望能够引起有关部门及从业人员的关注,以推动心理咨询业朝着职业化、规范化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | In modem society, psychological counseling is an important occupational area, and its normative standards of professional behavior and the level of development relate to people＇s health and vital interests. Since the psychological counseling industry in China started late, serious problems have manifested in the professionalization, in particular the lower overall level of performance, the lack of norms, Uneven level of consulting staff, and even somebody is there just to make up the number, and such problems make people misunderstanding counseling in many aspects. This paper aims to make recommendations accordingly through analyzing and discussing these issues, and expect to rise to the concern of relevant departments and jobholders, and ultimately to promote the development of psychological counseling industry towards professional and standardized direction. |
