| 摘 要： | 社会转型背景下,基于有意行为、整体终身发展及社会学相关理论。运用社会调研、问卷调查、归纳、演绎等研究方法。对四川省优秀运动员职业变迁的现状进行调查与分析,剖析运动员职业变迁过程中存在的问题及致因。并在此基础上,提出解决运动员职业变迁问题的建议。研究显示：运动员职业生涯阶段的发展规划缺失,职业变迁的计划滞后;职业变迁准备的主动性不足,缺乏有效应对策略;文化水平低,技能单一且难以有效迁移,角色转换欠流畅;传统职业变迁路径变窄,社会支持与退役保障体系欠完善。

| Abstract: | Under the background of social transformation, based on the voluntary behavior, whole life development theories. By means of investigation, Survey inductive and deductive method. Taking survey on the career change of elite athletes. Analyze the cause of the problem. and put forward the suggestions to solve the problem.Studies have shown： In the process of their career, the career planning and effective coping strategy is lack. The level of cultural is low, don＇t adapt to role transformation. It is inadequate of social support and retirement security system and the traditional career change channel is blocked. |
