| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查访问法和数理统计法，对目前河北省所有一级以上田径裁判队伍的人数、年龄结构、学历层次、职业结构和地域分布五个方面的现状进行了广泛的调查和分析，指出了影响河北省田径裁判队伍进一步发展的主要因素，并提出了河北省田径裁判队伍进一步发展的对策。

| Abstract: | In this thesis, by applying methods of document study, investigation, and statistics, the writer has made a wide investigation and profound analysis of all above 21st grade judges in Hebei province in terms of numbers, ages, academic background and distribution of localities. Then, the writer points out the principal influential factors on the further development of Hebei judge staff in track and field as well as puts forward countermeasures for further development of judge staff in Hebei province in track and field. |
