| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立，信用问题已经成为我国国民经济发展的一个薄弱环节及制约因素。培育和发展各种信用中介机构特别是资信评估机构是其中的一项重要任务和关键环节。关国是当今世界上资信评估体系最完善的国家，借鉴关国先进的资信评估技术和标准，有助于我国资信评估业的发展。培育和发展我国资信评估机构需要企业自身的努力，也需要制度环境的充分改善，更需要政府发挥引导作用。目前，针对我国资信评估业的实际情况，应着力抓好培育市场需求、完善市场秩序、打造市场主体等关键环节。

| Abstract: | The problem of credit has been a weak part and restricting factor along with socialistic market economic system's working up.Cultivating and developing all kinds of credit evaluation agencies,especially Capital credit evaluation agencies is an important task and pivotal tache in this process.Amercia is a country that has the perfect capital credit evaluation system.We should study American advanced ranking technique and standard.Cultivating and developing our country's capital credit evaluation agencies not only needs business firms' endeavor but also needs the improvement of institutional circumstance and government's assistance.To the condition of our country's capital credit evaluation industry,we should deal with the following questions :cultivating market need,consummating market order and developing market main part. |
