| Abstract: | The author maintains that the structuration theory proposed by Giddens is not merely a theory of sociology. In fact, it also consists in a concept of social history. It offers a new perspective of analyzing and interpreting human activities in the light of the structure of human society, types of human society and changes of human society. In this sense, it contributes to realization of reconstructing the contemporary Western concept of social history. |
