| 摘 要： | 环境共同侵权行为是现代社会特有的社会性权益侵害现象 ,其民事责任在构成要件、因果关系、归责原则上都与传统的共同侵权有很大区别。为最大程度地保护受害人的利益 ,维护社会的公平、正义与稳定 ,必须对环境共同侵权民事责任问题进行深入分析。

| Abstract: | Environmental common tort is a special phenomenon of social interest infringement, the civil liability of which is very different from traditional common tort in constitution factors, cause-result relationship and liability principles. In order to protect the lawful interests of victims to the greatest extent, safeguard the fair, justice and stability of the society, we must analyze deeply the problems of environmental common tort. |
