| 摘 要： | 本文结合当前我国高等教育的发展实际,分析了地方本科院校的社会服务现状,阐述了充分发挥地方本科院校社会服务功能的重要意义。重点分析了制约社会服务功能顺利实现的四大要素,并就如何围绕四大要素的完善来提升地方本科院校社会服务的能力和价值,并针对我国地方本科院校的社会服务实际,提出了高校社会服务功能体系的建立。

| Abstract: | This essay analyzes the present situation of for local undergraduate universities combining the de-velopment reality.And it explicate pith of exploiting functions of local undergraduate universities.The paper focus to analyze four main factors which could refine fulfillment of community service functions.We shall develop the ability and value to surround the improvement of community service function of local undergraduate universi-ties.The foundation of community service function system has been advanced in this paper for university in con-nection with the reality of community service function. |
