| 摘 要： | 在高等院校教学信息系统规划和开发过程中存在一些系统规划和开发不合理的情况。本文就教学、教学管理从手工操作到计算机实现中存在的问题；教学信息系统的有关数据接口的建设及系统的开放性、延续性和前瞻性等问题做了一些现实的考虑与探索。
