| 摘 要： | 产业结构是经济结构的最重要组成部分。西部开发战略中，调整优化产业结构，选择正确带动经济飞速发展的主导产业，培育新的经济增长点，是西部加快发展的关键。目前西部产业结构分布还存在亟待完善的问题，把自身的资源优势有效转化为产业优势，积极发展二、三产业，大力培育高新技术产业等经济增长点，把加快产业结构调整作为今后一个时期经济工作的着力点，以升级产业结构为西部开发注入活力。

| Abstract: | Industrial structure is the most important component of economic structure. In the strategy of opening the West, it is the key to the acceleration of development to adjust and optimize industrial structure, to choose dominant industries to drive rapid economic development and to cultivate new economic growth points. At present, the industrial structure in the West of China needs perfection. We must turn its resource advantages into industrial ones, to actively develop the second and third industries, to cultivate new high tech industries and to promote the development of western China by upgrading the industrial structure. |
