| 摘 要： | 数字环境下高职院校参考咨询馆员需具备以下素质：良好的职业道德素质与创新进取意识，精湛的业务素质与较强的综合能力，顺畅的沟通能力与团结协作精神。一位优秀的高职院校图书馆参考咨询馆员：要不断学习新技术、新知识；要积极参与院系的科研与教学项目，以服务院系学科、专业建设为切入点；要追踪同行服务发展进程；要努力提高学历层次。

| Abstract: | Based on the main characteristics of consulting work in the digital environment and the existing problems affecting the quality of reference service librarians in higher vocational colleges, this paper deals with some qualities that reference and advisory service librarians should have, such as the quality of good professional morality and con- sciousness of innovation and improvement, the thorough professional quality and strong comprehensive ability, and excellent communication skills and high team spirit. Meanwhile, it comes up with the corresponding ways to train and improve their qualities. |
