摘    要:振镜式激光加工的轨迹坐标与屏幕坐标不同,需要进行坐标变换才能使振镜运动轨迹在计算机屏幕中正确显示。在Visual Studio 2008环境中针对LMC-2型激光打标卡,提出了坐标系转换和图形缩放的具体方法,实现了轨迹预览和实时监控。

Abstract:The origin and the direction of screen coordinate system are different from the coordinate system of galvo scanning system. The coordinate conversion for the laser trace driven by scanner should be applied in advance, and then the picture of the trace could be displayed in the computer screen. This paper presents the concrect method of the coordinate conversion and how to scale the graphics based on the IDE of Visual studio 2008. Meanwhile, it develops the user program for the laser mark control card of model LMC-2 which could preview the trace picture and monitor the trace in real time.
