摘    要:实现高校人格教育理论与实践的契合,是增强用人格理论指导高校人格教育开展自觉性的必然要求,也是提高高校人格教育实效性的关键。要实现高校人格教育理论与实践的契合,必须有效挖掘已有人格理论的研究成果,根据人格教育的内在规律,坚持联系实际、以人为本、尊重需要和全面发展的原则,着力从理念、内容、方法上进行创新,努力培养和造就高校学生的健康人格。

On the Combination between Theory and Practice of Personality Education in College

Abstract:Realizing the combination between the theory and practice of personality education in college is the natural requirement to guide the education with personality theory, and the key step to improve the effectiveness of personality education. In order to combine the theory with the practice of personality education,we need to effectively tap into the ready obtained research results. According to the inherent characteristics of education, integrating theory with practice, following the people-oriented and all round development principle, we should make effort into innovation of idea, content, method to cultivate and foster healthy personalities of college students
