摘    要:学校行政化管理模式严重地阻碍教育事业的改革与发展,而校长任命制是产生学校行政化管理模式的重要原因。推行校长职级制不仅是党和政府对学校管理体制改革的要求,也是校长成长的自身诉求。推行校长职级制有利于促进校长专业化发展,有利于提高校长的办学治校能力,为校长成长为教育家奠定了基础。

Abstract:The administration management mode of school seriously keeps the education from reformation and development.And the system of principals' appointment is an important factor for formation of such a mode.The implementation of the system of principals' posts and ranks is the request not only for the reform of schools' management system but also for the growth of schools themselves.The implementation of such system is helpful for the specialized development of schools as well as for the principals' abilities to run schools better.And this has laid a foundation on which these principals become educators.
