摘    要:有效教学从诊断“课堂低效”开始,有效诊断有课程环境、课堂要素、教学过程、课堂行为等多种视角,具体的诊断指标应基于不同视角,从教学事件和课堂外部性两方面分别进行建构,据此设计“课堂低效”诊断记录表以服务于校本教研。

Abstract:Efficient teaching starts with diagnosis of classroom teaching inefficiency.Effective diagnoses include classroom environment,elements,teaching process and classroom behaviors.Concrete indexes should be based on different perspectives and constructed from two aspects:teaching practice and external classroom,which serves school-based researches by designing the diagnosis record of classroom teaching inefficiency.
